Google G Suite
Google Groups is our primary internal communication tool. All current members are encouraged to join to receive information on cancellations, concert details, member requests, or anything pertaining to communications within the band. Past members may also join the group to keep in touch with band activities. You may access files such as the membership directory, Board of Directors’ meeting minutes, music folder inventory, our bylaws and policies, and photos of band events.

The Board of Directors and some Committees use Slack for planning and coordination where email back and forth would be too much, but a meeting isn’t needed. Contact the Technical Director or a member of the board if you’re interested in joining our Slack.
