A significant amount of the band’s budget comes from our members. We try to keep that limited to membership dues and have streamlined other efforts to avoid asking members to keep opening their wallets for the band.
RaiseRight
RaiseRight is by far our largest fundraising effort. There are many companies that offer “cash back” to non-profits for purchasing gift cards. RaiseRight helps make this easy. See our RaiseRight page for more details.
If you regularly shop at stores that are listed on RaiseRight, you can earn a significant amount of money for the band without much extra work. Grocery stores, gas stations, and most national chains are on the list.
Physical gift cards can be ordered on the website. You can pay online or choose to pay with a check to the band. Physical cards are delivered approximately once per month and distributed at rehearsals. Many physical cards can be reloaded instantly online.
Electronic gift cards are now also available.
Zeffy
Zeffy is a fundraising platform designed to help nonprofits raise funds through various methods. We have used it for collecting member dues and our auction fundraiser. Direct contributions can also be made to the band via this Zeffy link.

All purchases made with our affiliate link generate 8% for the band.
Corporate Donations & Corporate Matching
Many employers offer matching donations or even grants for nonprofit organizations that their employees are involved in. Check to see if your employer offers this!
